Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at droppervault@gmail.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
